Meta PyTorch OpenEnv Hackathon x Scaler School of Technology

Students from the AI & ML Club of Dhole Patil College of Engineering proudly participated in the Meta × PyTorch OpenEnv Hackathon, held at Scaler School of Technology, Bengaluru, on 25th–26th April 2026. Recognized as India’s Biggest AI Hackathon, the event witnessed 70,000+ registrations from across the country, with around 800 participants selected for the Grand Finale. The hackathon focused on emerging fields such as Reinforcement Learning, OpenEnv, and Agent-based AI.

The participation marked a significant achievement and memorable milestone for the AI & ML Club, giving students the opportunity to represent their college at a prestigious national-level platform. The event provided valuable exposure to industry experts, researchers, and fellow innovators, while strengthening students’ skills in problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and advanced AI technologies.

InnovationXPO 2026 – National Level Project Competition

The AI & ML Club of Dhole Patil College of Engineering proudly participated in InnovationXPO 2026, a National Level Project Competition organized by the Project & Innovation Club, Department of Computer Engineering, PCCOER, Pune, held on 28th March 2026. The event brought together innovative student teams from different institutions to showcase their technical ideas and compete before expert judges.

Representing the college, the team Code Crafterz presented their innovative project “NeuroBoard – AI-Powered Digital Board Assistant”. The participation provided students with a valuable platform to demonstrate their innovation, receive feedback from experts, and interact with fellow innovators. It was a significant learning and achievement for the AI & ML Club, strengthening students’ confidence, teamwork, presentation skills, and passion for building impactful technology solutions.

CODEVERSE 26

CODEVERSE ’26 – Web Reforge Track

Members of the AI & ML Club of Dhole Patil College of Engineering actively participated and volunteered at CODEVERSE ’26 – Web Reforge Track, a premier inter-collegiate technical event focused on web development, software engineering, debugging, and problem-solving. The event challenged participants to rebuild and improve web codebases by fixing errors, enhancing UI/UX, adding creative features, and optimizing performance.

The participation was a valuable achievement and learning experience for the AI & ML Club, with members contributing as both participants and technical volunteers. Their involvement in coordinating with organizers, assisting fellow participants, and supporting the smooth execution of the event strengthened their technical skills, teamwork, communication, leadership, and event-management abilities, while providing an opportunity to interact with students from various institutions.

KJSSE CSI Gemini Hackday 2.0

The AI & ML Club of Dhole Patil College of Engineering participated in KJSSE CSI Gemini Hackday 2.0, a one-day, 7-hour coding competition organized by CSI KJSSE in collaboration with Major League Hacking (MLH) and Google Gemini. The event challenged students to design and develop real-world AI-powered applications using the Google Gemini API, encouraging innovation, rapid prototyping, and practical application of modern AI technologies.

The hackathon provided students with valuable exposure to AI-powered development, collaborative problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and industry-relevant tools. Competing in teams, participants worked under strict time constraints to transform their ideas into functional prototypes and present their solutions for evaluation. The experience strengthened their technical skills, teamwork, creativity, and confidence while providing an opportunity to learn and build within the MLH ecosystem.
